Born in White Rock, way back when, lived in Australia for 8 years, then back into Vancouver for over 18 years.

Moved to Kelowna 3 years ago with my fabulous family - 2 boys and a girl.

Have been in the auto business for over 10 years, and have a very simple philosophy - treat my clients like a family member (that I like J) - our business is fraught with people who promise lots and under deliver. Be authentic, explain all details and provide a deal that makes sense.

I absolutely love the team we have at Kelowna Chrysler. We are all come various backgrounds, and have lots and lots of fun every day. I look forward to earning your business, not just for right now but also years down the road.

I was born in Montreal and grew up in Vancouver. As life went on, we decided to move to the family to Kelowna.
We love Kelowna because of the beautiful scenery and it being a premier wine region. There is an abundance of sports here, which means I get to enjoy watching my boys play football, hockey and soccer! I enjoy the outdoors and events like the Tough Mudder.
I've been in the automotive industry since 1999 and have found a great passion for it. I get to help people every day and solve problems. And hey, I love RAM TRUCKS! I remember when I was about 14 years old and thought I would be a firefighter. Well this is pretty close to the same thing right? :p
My passion stems from my greatest mentor; my father. Thanks Dad!
Most people don't know this, but I am one heck of a motorcycle enthusiast as well. I absolutely love to ride motorcycles. On the flip side, I just started getting into curling with my friends.
All of that being said, I do love to enjoy some Sunday Football. I mean, who doesn't?
Every November, you can catch me with a Movember stash. I try to support this every year, and hey, if you want to join my team, just say the word!
"I choose to be happy every day."

I was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta, but grew up in Hinton Alberta. After highschool I moved to Edmonton which is what brought me into the sales industry. I ended up going back to Hinton and finally landed in Kelowna. I used to visit and vacation here and always loved it; the heat, the mix of mountains and lake, I like the size of city whilst having outdoor activities at my fingertips.

I don't have any family out here but I do have my dog Enzo (named after Enzo Ferrari), he's an Italian Greyhound. Fun fact: Ferrari is also part of FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) I'm pretty new here so I am still learning all that there is to do here. I enjoy things outside, walking, hiking, biking, paddleboarding, kayaking, being out on a boat. Growing up I played Hockey, soccor and basketball but I love pretty much every sport. Of course the Edmonton Oilers are still my number one team ;)

I have now been in the auto industry for 7 years now, all with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. I like helping/teaching people about the industry as car buying can be confusing, so my passion really shines through when meeting new customers. It really grinds my gears when I see someone getting bad customer service, and makes me want to save the day every time!

A day in the life for me is as follows: Wake up, a quick walk with my dog Enzo then Gym, Work, then in the evenings I try to find something active/fun to do or I often try to learn something. I'm fairly skilled at most sports and just recently took up dirt biking, although I'm not really that great at it, I absolutely love it!

I'm constantly trying to grow and learn new things. You'll often hear me listening to podcasts or audiobooks as I go through my day.

Mark is from Eastern Canada being born in Fort Francis, Ontario.  At age 12 his family moved to Kamloops where Mark went to school and loved playing Junior Hockey for the Kamloops Blazers.

In 1981 Mark left Kamloops and went back East to work for Manitoba Dairies as a route salesman.  Within two years his route doubled and more trucks had to be added to keep up with the demand he created.

Mark accepted an opportunity to work in vertical sales with The Label Factory based out of Winnipeg.  Again having notable success by procuring the companies largest contract in the organizations history.

Even with success under his wings Mark needed to find some excitement.  With an interest in the auto industry Mark accepted a position with Transcona Dodge in Winnipeg.  It only took a few months for Mark to find himself among the top of the sales staff.

In 1986 Mark moved back to BC to work for Marine Chrysler in Vancouver.  By 1989 he was sales manager at Marine Chrysler.  Over the years Mark moved a bit but always worked with Chrysler in the interior or lower mainland of BC.

Looking back from present day Mark has had the opportunity to train hundreds or sales people and make thousands of friends. Those friends helped Mark win years worth of sales man of the month awards and multiple Salesman of the Year wards.

    What to expect from Mark:

    • A raw understanding of sales theory and practice
    • Highest level of rapport building
    • True ability to move people in his direction

  • Carl Pedersen
    Sales Manager

Carl's hometown is Langley, BC, just outside of beautiful Vancouver. He has lived in the Okanagan for the past 3 years and with a love for wine, great weather and his 2 dogs, Kelowna is the perfect place to be. "My first exposure to Kelowna Chrysler Dodge was as a customer and it was a great experience! I purchased a new truck in March of 2013 and made a choice to join the automobile industry the following week. "Something just felt right about the opportunity, I was at a point in my life where I needed something more challenging."

Carl invested over 20 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, working his way up to becoming a Red Seal Chef, then moving to the floor to train as a General Manager. Spending over 9 years with Earls restaurants, Carl was then head hunted by Cactus Club and promoted to General Manager of one of the busiest locations in Vancouver BC. During his tenure, Carl assisted in more than 4 restaurant openings and re-launches between the two concepts and was recognized for numerous achievements both in the kitchen and on the floor. Recognizing his drive for a challenge, he was put in charge of revamping a failing restaurant. In a short time, Carl and his team re-launched the restaurant being ranked only second to the flagship store. Building on this success, Carl was made the Operations Manager for a restaurant group in the Okanagan with 3 locations and a team of 250 people. To this day he still has a passion for food, wine and delivering the best guest experience possible.

Upon starting with Kelowna Chrysler, Carl worked on the pre-owned side and immediately made a huge impact earning himself 'Top Salesman of the Month' 5 of his first 7 months. After a successful year with Kelowna Chrysler, Carl was promoted to be the New Car Sales Manager and he loves the new challenge. A passionate leader from an early age, Carl has recruited, trained and help develop a number of talented chefs and managers. He now looks forward to using his skill set to train and develop Kelowna's top sales team.

"I believe my time in the hospitality industry was a great learning experience and I look forward to using the skills I learned in helping our team achieve our goal of becoming the Okanagan's premier dealership that delivers the best car shopping experience anywhere!"

I was born in Kelowna, and spent most of his 20's in Victoria. My entire family is out here in Kelowna and I absolutely love living here! There is nothing else! One of my favorite things to do is go in the back country and spend time enjoying this phenominal Okanagan weather.

I've been playing hockey my entire life, so if your up for a game just say the word. I will probably win. LOL

I have now been in the car business for just over 3 years, and the most satisfaction I get from this industry is seeing a customer just absolutely stoked on their new vehicle purchase. I wanted to be a Policeman when I was younger, and I think helping people just stuck with me. Makes you feel pretty good inside! I've always been drawn to Jeeps as I think most of us are. Outside of selling cars, I actually love to do yard work and spend time with my family. I admire my wife and kids so much, they are the reason I have so much drive to accomplish goals in life.

Hello, My name is Jasmin Marshall. I am originally from Winnipeg Manitoba. At the age of 20, I relocated to Calgary, where I went to college to become a Dental Assistant. I stayed in Calgary for 7 years, and worked, until I moved to Elkford B.C.

Elkford is a small coal mining town 45 min outside of Fernie. Being such a small town (population 2000) I ended up working in banking. I worked as a teller for 3 months, until they promoted me to bank sales. After taking my Investments funds in Canada course, I was promoted to Kelowna to sell investments, mortgages and complete lending applications….Super boring!!!

I have always wanted to sell cars, so I decided to try this exciting career a few months ago and I absolutely love my job. I love it because it's fun. I am not your typical car sales person, I really enjoy helping people and being a problem solver. I love following up and hearing how happy my customers are and maintaining friendships with all my clients.

I am obsessed with hiking to waterfalls with my rescue Pomeranian. I sing, I used to have a band when I lived in Calgary. I want to learn to play guitar, I have two collecting dust in my house right now. I also make things like wreaths and purses. I used to sell them online and at craft shows.

Some of my greatest memories from when I was a child were driving in my Dad's Jeep Wrangler to the beach with the top/doors off so I have always had a huge love for that line of vehicles. I wouldn't mind having a Challenger Hellcat as well. 😊
