Hello Everyone; I wanted to share an important good news story with all of the members of the Western Canada Viper Club. I most recently decided to order an enclosed car hauling trailer so I could take my Vipers to more events in the shoulder season. After close scrutiny of the fully loaded weight of the trailer and the towing prowess of my 6.0 litre Avalanche I decided to upgrade to a new Dodge Ram HD 3500 with the Cummins Turbo Diesel. I wanted to source a truck locally so I ventured down to Kelowna Chrysler. The truck sales manager Rick, and one of the product specialists Mark worked on finding the truck that would meet the requirement for my Viper hauler. After searching the inventory of the area they found the truck that would most certainly fit the bill. During my visits to the Kelowna Chrysler dealership I told the crew of my relationship with the Viper Nation and the commitments that Dodge had made during our Viper Owners Invitational in Salt Lake City in respect to Viper Owner privileges on purchasing a new vehicle from Dodge. Rick immediately took on the task to investigate and confirm any purchasing advantages that could be passed on to the Viper Nation. As it turned Dodge fulfilled their obligation and I was granted a considerable discount on the new Ram 3500.  With the Viper Membership purchasing privilege combined with other Dodge incentives the deal was outstanding. Within a week of completing the order the new Deep Cherry Red Crystal Pearl Ram HD 3500 arrived in Kelowna; the unit was cleaned up and delivered.  The General  Manager Jeff Gilbert sent me a thank you note and welcome to the Kelowna Chrysler dealership this past week so I took the time to meet with him and discuss future relationships with the Viper Club; after chatting for a while we agreed to support each other’s efforts in promoting the Dodge Brand. The Viper Club has participated in past car shows at the dealership and will continue to do so again this year; Jeff and the parts manager Justin acknowledged the relationship and will grant any Viper Owner a worthwhile discount on parts available  in their store.  If you are in Kelowna or would like to source out a new Dodge vehicle in the network don’t hesitate to call Jeff or Rick and make sure you mention that you are a member of the Viper Nation. You can all look forward to some very interesting and worthwhile Viper events next year.
